Our Consultation Pod supports the roll-out of digital healthcare in the community. Digital healthcare supports the traditional healthcare systems. It allows more appointments to take place to reduce waiting periods and help eliminate those missed appointments that cause frustrations and are costly. GP virtual appointments save time and resources for everyone involved and are far more efficient than the traditional visit to the GP surgery.

Our virtual consultation room provides quiet space for private discussions between healthcare providers and patients. They are particularly helpful where a secure private space needed and for the population that do not have access to their own computers or mobile devices.

Importantly the pods are free standing units that can be placed in any suitable interior space without affecting the fabric of the building. They are demountable and therefore are easy to relocate or move whenever necessary. Typically the rooms are delivered & installed within a day.

Advantages of our Consultation Pods

Our Consultation Pod is a completely independent free standing private rooms. Therefore they are quick to deploy into any building. There is no need for time consuming planning permissions or building control authorisation. This makes the consultation rooms a fast option compared to a fixed traditional built room. Importantly they conform with Government patient privacy guidelines because they are intrinsically acoustic controlled. The walls are made from high grade aluminium and a range of materials that include fabric, mfc, wood or laminate. In addition, the rooms are completely demountable so they are easy to relocate.

We will manufacture the rooms to any size to best suit the purpose and ensure compliance with DDA requirements.

We will customise the facilities available within the pods including power, data and TV/Monitor mounts. Our rooms include an acoustic ceiling and LED lighting. In addition, an air exchange unit maintains the air quality. The room simply needs a standard 13-amp plug socket. A passive infrared sensor (PIR) controls all lighting and air circulation saving costs.

In conclusion, our rooms are easy to deploy and there is no disrupting building work. We manufacture, deliver and install the consultation pods for you.
