A U-shaped meeting table, or horseshoe layout keeps every delegate facing the open end of the table, giving clear sightlines to a presenter, screen or video link while leaving the centre free. It’s a layout ideal for training sessions, presentations, board meetings and hybrid calls where everyone needs to see and be seen.

At Solutions 4 Office we make U-shaped meeting tables to suit rooms of every size. Our U-shaped Meeting Table seats up to 10, while the larger U-Shape Conference Table seats up to 14. Both feature executive 38mm tops in Amber Walnut, Royal Brown Oak or Light Oak, with a choice of matching panel legs or metal cylindrical and square post legs in white or aluminium grey.

For bigger rooms and AV-led spaces, our modular horseshoe conference tables can be configured to almost any size and support video conferencing with integrated cable access.
